Ok, so you want to know some things about me? Are you sure? Well, if you insist...

My name is Amanda. I took the nick Poetrychick because I've always loved writing.

I live in a small town in New York in the USA. I work in customer service for a major insurance company.

Most people think I'm reserved and quiet, but they just don't know me very well. I've been told that I have a wicked sense of humor. I'm not as straight laced as I seem to be.

I read Harry Potter fan fics. I ship the following: Hermione/Draco, Hermione/Blaise, Hermione/Voldemort(Tom Riddle), Hermione/Draco/Blaise, Hermione/Marcus, Hermione/Adrian, Hermione/Severus, Hermione/George, Hermione/Fred, Hermione/Percy, Hermione/Harry & Neville/any. I do not ship Hermione/Ron. I know that they are cannon, but I think that they are a bad match and wish that J.K Rowlings wouldn't put them together, but she did, so that's why I read fan fic.

Recently, I've added reading and writing popslash to my list of loves. I've also started reading bandslash, Patrick Stump is a sex god. I love Lance Bass and read any pairing including him. I also now own all of the NSYNC Bobbleheads. They sit happily on top of my stereo... Hey, I got started later than y'all, ok? ;) Gotta start the collection somewhere...

I'm a huge fan of science fiction, especially Stargate: Atlantis and Fierfly.

I'm hooked on the supernatural: witches, weres, vamipres, etc.

Topher Grace is my favorite actor. I even made a mood theme all by myself devoted to him. I looked everywhere and couldn't find one. If you want to use it, contact me. We'll talk. ;)

I play the alto saxophone and enjoy most styles of music. My IPOD and my Kindle are my favorite things right now...

I enjoy Margaret Cho's humor, even though I don't agree with everything she says. She's a successful, gutsy Korean woman and I admire that. I'm Korean and adopted.

I'm a bundle of contradictions. I'm a practicing Christian. I read Harry Potter fan fic and popslash that can easily be called smut. I enjoy it. I don't push anything down anyone's throat. I'm just me.
